A single property is ₹2,499/month; each property in a multi-property portfolio is ₹1,999/month, and both drop further on prepaid 3- and 6-month terms (down to ₹1,499 per property on a 6-month term). So a six-property operator pays about ₹12,000/month — a small fraction of a percent of what a portfolio that size typically collects. No setup fee, no per-resident charge. Your first 14 days are free, no card required, so you can try it on your real property first. Properties over ~150 beds, or very large portfolios, get a custom plan — just ask.
