That's it — no setup fee, no per-resident charge. Your first 14 days are free, no card required, so you can try it on your real property before paying anything.

Is my data safe if I put it online?

Every property is backed up daily, encrypted, and only visible to your account — nobody else's residents, nobody else's numbers. It's worth comparing that to what happens today if a phone is lost or a notebook page gets torn: for most owners, RentFlw is actually the safer option, not the riskier one. I'm not that comfortable with computers — will I be able to use this?

That's exactly why we don't just hand you a login and walk away. We set up your first property with you, live, on a call — usually under 15 minutes, on your real property, not a demo one. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use RentFlw.

What happens to my Excel sheet and my WhatsApp records?

Nothing is deleted or overwritten. You add your existing residents at your own pace — we'll help with the first batch on the setup call. Your old records stay exactly where they are as a backup while you get comfortable.
