How much does this actually cost, all-in?

RentFlw is priced per property. A single property is ₹2,499/month; each property in a multi-property portfolio is ₹1,999/month, and both drop further on prepaid 3- and 6-month terms (down to ₹1,499 per property on a 6-month term). So a six-property operator pays about ₹12,000/month — a small fraction of a percent of what a portfolio that size typically collects. No setup fee, no per-resident charge. Your first 14 days are free, no card required, so you can try it on your real property first. Properties over ~150 beds, or very large portfolios, get a custom plan — just ask.

Is my data safe if I put it online?

Every property is backed up daily, encrypted, and only visible to your account — nobody else's residents, nobody else's numbers. It's worth comparing that to what happens today if a phone is lost or a notebook page gets torn: for most owners, RentFlw is actually the safer option, not the riskier one. I'm not that comfortable with computers — will I be able to use this?

That's exactly why we don't just hand you a login and walk away. We set up your first property with you, live, on a call — usually under 15 minutes, on your real property, not a demo one. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use RentFlw.

What happens to my Excel sheet and my WhatsApp records?

Nothing is deleted or overwritten. You add your existing residents at your own pace — we'll help with the first batch on the setup call. Your old records stay exactly where they are as a backup while you get comfortable.

Can I just try it without committing to anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the whole point of the free 14-day trial. No card required to start. If it's not for you, you simply stop using it; nothing is charged.

Why can't I just sign up myself right now?

We're a small, early team and we personally set up every new property ourselves so the first two minutes actually work for you — no broken onboarding, no guessing. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll usually get you live the same day.

Can I cancel anytime, or am I locked into a contract?

You can cancel at any time — we don't lock you into a contract. If you prepaid a 3- or 6-month term, we refund the unused whole months; nothing is held hostage and your data stays exportable. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll turn off billing.

What happens as I add properties or grow a building?

Adding a property just adds its per-property rate — nothing to renegotiate, and every new building lands in the same portfolio dashboard. If a single building grows past ~150 beds, or your portfolio gets large enough that per-property pricing should be negotiated, message us directly and we'll build a plan that fits.
