Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RentFlw, operated by [Legal Entity Name — to be confirmed by the founder]. By using RentFlw, you agree to them.

The service

RentFlw is rent collection and property record-keeping software for independent PG, hostel, and co-living operators. Access is currently set up individually, by our team, rather than through public self-signup.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including the accuracy of the data you or your team enter. Keep your login details to yourself.

Pricing and billing

Your first 14 days are free, with no card required to start. After that, billing follows your selected plan — currently ₹1,499/month for Starter, ₹2,999/month for Business, or ₹4,999/month for Professional, unless we've agreed to a custom arrangement with you directly. Founder pricing, where offered, is locked for 12 months from signup and reverts to the standard plan price after. You can cancel at any time; we don't lock you into a contract.

Your data

Your property and resident data belongs to you. We store and process it to run the service — see our Privacy Policy for the specifics.

What we don't promise

We're a small, early-stage team, and we say so plainly on this site. We work hard to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but as with any software, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at every moment.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and company grow. We'll let existing customers know before anything material changes.
