What happens if something goes wrong on your end?
Every property is backed up daily, encrypted, and stored separately from the primary database, with a documented restore procedure. We monitor uptime and error rates continuously, not after a complaint.
Who at RentFlw can see my data?
Access is role-based and logged. Support access to your account, if ever needed, happens with your knowledge, not by default.
Can I get my data out if I ever want to leave?
Yes — every report is exportable, and a full data export is available on request. Nothing is held hostage.
