Is there a transaction fee on rent collected through RentFlw?
No. Because RentFlw never touches the money — it only records what you've already collected — there's no percentage fee taken off your rent.
Can residents pay without scanning a UPI QR?
Yes. The QR is just a convenience for UPI payments. Residents can still pay you in cash, by bank transfer, or send money directly, and you record it exactly the same way.
What happens if a resident only pays part of the rent?
Partial payments are recorded against the invoice, and the remaining balance stays visible as outstanding — nothing gets rounded off or quietly forgotten.
